Jacob has years of experience working with adolescents and adults who are living with a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, anger, grief, relationship issues and more. Aside from his passion for helping those struggling with the aforementioned concerns, Jacob is comfortable with helping men struggling with problematic pornography use or other problematic acting out behaviours to understand and achieve freedom from their addictive patterns. Jacob is also comfortable helping families and couples achieve balance and harmony
