Description
The goal of my practice is to offer timely, flexible, evidence-based psychotherapies for a range of difficulties, from everyday struggles to disabling psychiatric disorders. My ideal client wants a "doing therapy" rather than a "talking therapy" and is ready to put in work outside of the sessions where most of their life is happening. While I work with a wide range of clinical problems, I have a particular interest in mood disorders, especially bipolar disorder, a very underserved area where the right kind of psychotherapy can make a big difference.
