Description

Milo is a M.Sc. Registered Psychologist (Provisional). He operates from a standpoint of acceptance, taking a collaborative approach to therapy and creating a space where clients can tell their stories in an open and supportive environment. Milo has experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and personality disorders. He has a special interest in diverse populations and LGBTQIA+ issues. 

Milo provides therapy and assessment services to adults and adolescents (ages 13+). His primary modalities are DBT, CBT, and ACT.

Judy works with anxiety, depression, ADHD, borderline personality disorder, recovery from trauma/abuse, relationship issues (family and partner), stress, workplace issues, and self-esteem/confidence.
