Description
From time to time, we may all experience feelings of unhappiness, restlessness, or "stuckness". Sometimes, you may find yourself struggling with a more pressing issue, such as depression, anxiety, anger management, difficulty expressing yourself to a loved one or at work, or finding yourself struggling with addiction. Somatic attachment therapy is a gentle way to work through all types of issues in a safe and supporting environment. When we first meet we will have a safe and comfortable conversation about what you want and need. Then we will both decide what moving forward will look like.
