My approach to counselling is client-centred, holistic, eclectic, evidence-based and culturally inherent, and is individually tailored to meet client needs.

FP Counselling is a boutique counselling and therapy practice, offering individual and couples counselling both in-person and online in Calgary and across Alberta. While many on our team have received specialized training in approaches like EMDR, trauma, anxiety, and Gottman Method couples counselling, we adopt an eclectic approach to counselling, which is wholly dependent on individuals' needs. We also recognize the importance of finding a counsellor who is a good fit and, therefore, offer a free 20-minute phone consultation to get to know us before you commit.
