I believe that people naturally strive for growth and fulfillment. Sometimes life inadvertently decides to throw obstacles in our way; this is when teaming up with a mental health expert (me) alongside the expert of your life (you) may be helpful. We will collaborate on goals and tap into your innate strengths, in a safe and non-judgmental environment for change to take place.

My approach to counselling is client-centred, holistic, eclectic, evidence-based and culturally inherent, and is individually tailored to meet client needs.

Summary

FP Counselling is a boutique counselling and therapy practice, offering individual and couples counselling both in-person and online in Calgary and across Alberta.

While many on our team have received specialized training in approaches like EMDR, trauma, anxiety, and Gottman Method couples counselling, we adopt an eclectic approach to counselling, which is wholly dependent on individuals' needs. We also recognize the importance of finding a counsellor who is a good fit and, therefore, offer a free 20-minute phone consultation to get to know us before you commit.
