Description
I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults. It's always a privilege to meet with clients and hear their life stories. Each client is unique in the experiences they have had and the journey in which they are seeking support. It is my belief that therapy is both a dialogue and collaborative relationship between the therapist and their clients. I aim to establish a safe, trusting and encouraging environment for my clients; however, I also strive towards building resiliency, raising self-awareness and connecting my clients to a greater sense of community.

Summary
At Family Counselling Centres, we have abandoned the one-size-fits-all approach to mental health and wellness. We recognize that each case is acutely different than the next and that traditional office therapy may not always be the best approach in treatment. This is why we believe in holistic wellness; an approach that considers the whole person – body, mind, spirit, and emotions. We also utilize the latest research in brain development, mental health methodology, and provide referrals to those in our community who can further assist in the care of the individual seeking help.
