Hello there! I am a Registered Psychologist and the owner of Evolve Counselling Services Ltd. I am a passionate advocate for mental health and wellness. I hold a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology and I work primarily with individual adults to address a variety of concerns including addiction, stress, grief and loss, self-perception, mindfulness, interpersonal relationships, depression, and anxiety. I also provide couples therapy. I pull from a variety of modalities including CBT, DBT, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and I am Gottman Trained Level 1 & 2.
