Summary
At Evolution Psychology we strive to help our clients to change, evolve and adapt to life's inevitable challenges. When we have difficulty coping with a new situation we may develop self-defeating beliefs, uncontrollable emotions or unhealthy behaviours that cause further problems and distress. Our relationships, school and work may begin to suffer. Our friendly, skilled and professional psychologists can help to alleviate this by teaching clients to alter negative thinking patterns, develop more functional coping strategies and create positive goals for the future.
