She utilizes an integrated framework, which draws from attachment, psychodynamic, gestalt, trauma-processing, and cognitive behavioural therapies. She is also certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Kiersten allows her clients' space to safely explore their realities while deepening the conversation to help provide insight into underlying negative core beliefs. Kiersten is passionate about helping first responders and vets who have suffered from adverse traumatic events to regain their identity, heal past hurts, and discover the possibilities of their future.
