As a Veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces. With extensive experience growing up in a military family, personal service, and the transition to civilian life, she brings a unique understanding to challenges affecting veterans and Front-Line workers, such as PTSD, moral injury, chronic pain, disability, depression, grief, anger, challenges to identity, and military sexual trauma. Cassandra has training in several evidence-based modalities, which include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
