I support with individuals, couples, and families using a variety of approaches including Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Mindfulness. I can help you reach your individual goals, create positive change, uncover your strengths, and support you in gaining a greater understanding of yourself.
