I use a trauma-informed approach to provide a non-judgmental & empathetic environment to foster empowerment & self-enhancement. I am passionate about creating connections with clients & provide them a safe space to explore their experiences & the subsequent impacts on their life. I believe clients are the experts of their own lives & guide clients to discover their own knowledge & strengths to create lasting change in their lives.
