Description
With over seven years of experience working in Nigeria, I bring a culturally informed and trauma-sensitive lens to my work. My career has been deeply rooted in supporting children, teens, and adults facing significant challenges — including anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, and domestic violence. These experiences have not only shaped my clinical perspective but also deepened my compassion for the unseen struggles so many carry. I know that therapy is not just about learning coping tools — it’s about feeling safe enough to be seen and heard, without judgment.
