I am a registered psychologist who enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families. I understand that life can be hard, and situations can feel overwhelming. My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental place for people to explore their thoughts, feelings, and life experiences. I have extensive experience in the areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, and addictions. I believe in a strength based approach and I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EMDR, Solution Focused Therapy and Gottman Couples Counselling.
