People often come to therapy seeking support for anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma. Perhaps you are struggling with perfectionism, or feelings of never being good enough. Maybe you are hurting from harmful childhood experiences or navigating difficult family relationships as an adult. Therapy can help. Together, we will explore what brings you to therapy and what your goals are, and support you to create change in your life. My style is gentle and collaborative. I use attachment-based, EMDR, CBT, and person-centered approaches. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist.
