Description
I specialize in helping people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or challenges with self-esteem. I help clients heal by exploring underlying problems, building their skills and coping strategies, recognizing their strengths, and adjusting certain beliefs, thoughts, and behaviours to help them improve their life. I tailor my therapy to meet your specific needs as an individual. I love helping people understand the things that are holding them back with an in-depth and eclectic approach that incorporates mindfulness, acceptance, and spirituality.
