How are you really feeling? From an early age, I learned how helpful it was to open up in a safe space and feel my emotions to move past them. I am a Certified Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and GTA-based Clinical Psychologist with 15+ years of experience. When we feel the emotions underlying our issues, we start to understand and regulate ourselves better and open ourselves to healing, change and growth. I also integrate other approaches like DBT or CBT. I strive to get to know you and your needs as a person in a safe, inclusive space and collaborate with you on a journey to a healthier you.
