Summary
We offer support to individuals (ages 6+), couples, and families! Individuals choose to engage in therapy for a variety of reasons. Sometimes we need help processing a recent event that is distressing or help understanding past events that are still having an effect on our daily lives and relationships. Maybe we need help making sense of current behaviours that are no longer useful and sometimes we simply want to better ourselves and work towards a more fulfilling life. Whichever reason brought you here, we are happy to support you through your journey.
