Description

As a registered provisional psychologist, my job is to meet you where you’re at and walk with you on your journey to emotional, psychological, and relational well-being. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing to find solutions, meaning, healing, and hope. To support you in realizing these aims, I provide a safe and nurturing space for you to share your story and try new ways of being. I also integrate various evidence-based therapeutic approaches and practices tailored to your needs and situation to help you develop insight and skills that facilitate your growth and change.

Summary

We offer support to individuals (ages 6+), couples, and families!

Individuals choose to engage in therapy for a variety of reasons. Sometimes we need help processing a recent event that is distressing or help understanding past events that are still having an effect on our daily lives and relationships. Maybe we need help making sense of current behaviours that are no longer useful and sometimes we simply want to better ourselves and work towards a more fulfilling life. Whichever reason brought you here, we are happy to support you through your journey.
