Description
As a provisionally registered psychologist, I offer individual, couples, and family counselling services from my private practice, Earth of Light Therapeutic Services. Reasons for consult range from relationship problems, to mental health struggles and everyday life difficulties. Through therapy, we'll address the barriers holding you back, the distortions keeping your maladaptive patterns of behaviour active, and tools to help you cope through life's most challenging moments. With over ten years of experience, it's likely that I can provide you the skills you need to move towards recovery.

I’m JC and I’ve been a provisionally registered psychologist since 2009. I work with a broad range of clients who struggle with anything from generic life difficulties to substance abuse, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. Whether your goal is to overcome a specific disorder or to gain preventative coping tools, I’m an ally you can trust to guide you on your journey to wellness. For ease of access, I offer in-person services as well as telepsychology services (i.e., video counselling, phone session, email, etc.).
