Description
My behaviour therapeutic approach draws on acceptance-based strategies and focuses on you as an individual to promote positive change. I work with children, adolescents and adults, and their parents/caregivers. I have experience working in organizations, community, schools, and private practice settings. I also have a passion for working in the field of sport and performance and have taught athletes across a variety of sports to utilize mental skills training to set and achieve goals, manage challenges, and enhance their performance.
