Dr. Aynsley Scott, a registered clinical psychologist,  formerly held a joint position with the University of Manitoba and Shared Health as an assistant professor/psychologist in the bariatric surgery program. She takes an integrative approach to psychotherapy, tailoring therapy to client’s particular needs and preferences. Clinical interests including working with adults with binge eating disorder, anxiety, chronic health conditions, depression, trauma, stress, grief and loss, and life transitions.

Summary

​Our team consists of Registered Psychologists and Social Workers and Marriage and Family Therapy (Drs. Valdine Scott, Tracey Sewell, Lindsay Wishnowsi), and MSW (Brooke Ivison, Vicki Fehr), and MMFT (Bilkis Nahar). Clinical Assessments and Treatments include CBT, ACT, EMDR, and Mindfulness for adults, couples, children, families and organizations with, for example, anxieties, relationship issues, hoarding, trauma, depression, eating concerns, couples counselling, stress, self esteem, depression, return to work, IQ testing ,and  group sessions. 
We provide on-line and telephone sessions too.
