I work collaboratively with my clients to help them create meaningful change in their lives and relationships. My private practice spans a range of areas related to anxiety and depression, learning difficulties, parenting, relationship issues, medical issues, grief and loss, trauma, and coping with life's challenges. I serve adolescents and adults and integrate a variety of evidence-based psychotherapies including CBT, EMDR and EFT.
