Description

I work from a trauma informed perpective and am aware of the impact of early experiences on current distress and difficulties.  I have extensive training in cognitive, mindfulness, and compassion based approaches. I support individuals in gaining a new relationship to their inner experiences in ways that are consensusal, safe, and collabrative. I often work with individuals who are struggling with stress, anxiety/depression, post-partum difficulties, relationship challenges, and complex mental health concerns such as psychosis and bipolar disorder.

Summary

When in-person sessions are offered again, they take place in the Sick Kids Community Mental Health Learning Institute. This building is fully acccessible and staffed with reception and accessible washrooms.
