Summary
I use evidence-based treatment approaches (CBT, ACT, DBT, MI, mindfulness, self-compassion) in a flexible, collaborative, and compassionate manner. I am passionate about helping clients to get un-stuck from the thoughts, behaviours, emotions, and relationship patterns that are keeping them from thriving. I encourage clients to invest in the most important relationship in their lives - the one they have with themselves! I guide clients in approaching and understanding themselves and managing their minds/thoughts with curiosity, courage, compassion, and at times, a good dose of humour!
