She offers an evidence- based approach to her clinical practice, primarily using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to structure practical and individualized treatment plans. She incorporates Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approaches into her work as well. She works with adults struggling with a variety of mental health issues with a particular interest in treating anxiety disorders (e.g., GAD) and supporting women through perinatal loss.
