I am a clinical & counselling psychologist in Toronto providing assessment/psychotherapy for individual adults and couples. I integrate multiple therapy approaches, including cognitive-and-dialectical behavioral (CBT, DBT), psychodynamic, and emotion-focused therapy (EFT). Presenting issues I treat include, but are not limited to: anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship stress, psychosis, and eating issues.
