I treat a variety of issues including social anxiety, generalized anxiety, depression, work-related stress, perfectionism, relationship issues, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic attacks, psychosis. I am experienced in working with individuals in the LGBT2QA community and the mental health issues that can afflict individuals in this community. My approach is based primarily on cognitive behaviour therapy from a perspective of self-compassion. I am also an assistant clinical professor at McMaster University, where I am engaged in clinical research focusing on social anxiety and psychosis.
