Description
I'm Dr. Kathleen Metcalfe (she/her), and I provide therapy and assessment services to individuals 16 years and older. My goal as a psychologist is to provide a safe environment to explore issues that are impacting your mood, health, and overall well-being. I approach therapy from a collaborative, integrative framework, with a trauma and relational, attachment-informed style, with attention paid to structural and systemic issues and the impact they can have on my clients. I also incorporate a Health at Every Size (HAES) approach to mental health care.

If you are looking to start services, please email so that we can set up an initial phone consultation to discuss if we would be a good fit to work together. Thank you!
