What I understand about the difficulties that bring a person to therapy is that we can all be deeply affected by the relationships, events and experiences in our lives and some of these things can "push us down". Therapy can help you to explore and find resolution to past and present experiences that contribute to the struggles you are experiencing right now. 
My approach to therapy is client centred, in that it is my job to provide a safe, supportive place for clients from all cultures and backgrounds to explore whatever issues they bring.
