Description

Dr. Kafka primarily adopts a Cognitive-Behavioural therapeutic approach in his sessions. He also has been trained in other therapeutic approaches integrating elements of Dialectical Behavioural therapy, Mindfulness-Based therapeutic approaches, and Non-Directive and Solution Focused approaches in his work.

He has an interest in helping people overcome anxiety, depression, and better manage stress, anger or pain. He also works to raise self-esteem and enhance coping for psychological wellness and help people adjust to changes related to relationships, work, health, grief and loss.
