Over the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with adolescents and adults in private practice, university counselling services, hospitals, and non-profit organizations. Within these settings, I provided therapy for individuals dealing with a wide range of concerns including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, relational difficulties, and life transitions.
