Dr. Rynard obtained his PhD in 1990 from the University of Ottawa and became registered as a psychologist in the province of Ontario in 1991 in the areas of clinical and rehabilitation psychology serving children, adolescents and adults. He has provided clinical, counselling and consultation services since that time. Dr. Rynard's current interests include helping individuals struggling with PTSD with a special interest in first responders. He has also worked for many years assessing and providing consultation services to individuals with learning and attention disorders.
