Offering virtual (secure-video) individual therapy services to adolescents (16+) and adults (65 and under) in the Ottawa area, and Ontario. I provide individual therapy services for a variety of concerns, including: difficulties with anxiety and/or mood, disordered-eating and body image concerns, emotion regulation, work/life/school-related stressors, interpersonal/relationship difficulties, life transitions, and grief/loss. Therapy approaches include: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) skills.
