Shelly Buckingham is a Registered Psychologist with over 20 years of experience supporting children, youth, and caregivers. She provides assessment and therapy using CBT, DBT, EFT, and enjoys integrating new approaches, including equine-assisted therapy. 

Shelly previously worked in community mental health and for the Durham District School Board, offering assessment, consultation, and treatment planning. She is completing doctoral studies focused on culturally informed practice. Outside of work she enjoys family time, pets, yoga, sailing, and the arts.
