I have a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and informed by other evidence-based models that emphasize mindfulness, acceptance, self-compassion, relationship effectiveness, and emotion regulation. I’m committed to providing research-informed care that's thoughtfully tailored to you. Prior to my full-time private practice, I worked at VGH's Cross-Cultural Outpatient Psychiatry Clinic, Vancouver CBT Centre, and Changeways Clinic. I was also the Program Director of AnxietyBC and a Clinical Associate at SFU Psychology Department.
