About

I grew up in Edmonton, and I completed my bachelor's degree in Honors Psychology at the University of Alberta. I moved to Kingston, Ontario, where I obtained both my master's and my doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology at Queen's University. Afterwards, I did my post doctoral residency training in Calgary, and I have lived there ever since.

My personal interests include creative pursuits, such as reading, writing, and art. I enjoy swimming, Tai Chi, seeing friends, and visiting nature. I also practice meditation and plan to offer a mindfulness-based stress reduction group soon.
