Description
As we go through life’s ups and downs, understanding and expressing the emotions connected to our experiences isn’t always easy. I’m passionate about helping others explore the underlying causes of their difficulties in order to begin their healing journeys. My experiences led me to focus on working with a trauma and attachment lens. I have worked in a variety of settings including schools, children's mental health clinic, prison and community. The positive impact that meaningful connections with others provides has always inspired me, leading me to private practice, joining DC Psychological.
