Description
I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist whose work centers around strengthening relationships and connections. After working with children, teens, and families for 10+ years, I’ve come to learn that relationship improvement can be an antidote to stress. I believe therapy can be a great way to engage in self-discovery and learn how to use our existing strengths to help us move from feeling stuck. Creating sustainable change means collaborating with you to find the right tools and solutions for managing life’s challenges and to move towards the growth and connection you want.
