Description
I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist. I have extensive training in working with people who experience thoughts of suicide and self harm. My areas of specialization include working with teenagers, men's mental health, identity exploration, and self-actualization. My counselling approach focuses on building a genuine connection and creating a safe environment for self-discovery. Together, we'll develop a plan tailored to your goals, and I'll provide support every step of the way. Your journey of healing and self-exploration is my priority.
