Leighton supports teens and adults who have experienced challenges or trauma related to unhealthy familial dynamics, romantic relationships, peer relations, work-life balance, self-esteem, body image challenges, suicidal thoughts, self harm, and teen related addictions (vaping, social media, substances). In addition, Leighton is trained to work with more clinical populations such as individuals struggling to manage Generalized Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Depression, Bi-Polar Disorder, and Personality Disorders.
