About Me Hi, I’m Chelsey (she/her)! I am a registered psychologist (10+ years) and Clinical Hypnotherapist. Therapy is about change - my aim is to set the stage for meaningful conversations, that centre your lived experience, and bring about practices of reflection and transformation. I work with adults who are experiencing challenges with anxiety, stress, depression, grief, loss and illness, and other stressful transitions. I provide clinical hypnotherapy for phobias, trauma and problems that seem to want to stick. I welcome all genders, backgrounds and identities. Free consults.
