Description
I work with those who struggle with anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, and unhealthy or abusive relationships. I also support individuals going through stressful life transitions in their families, relationships, spirituality, or at work. Working from a cognitive behavioral approach, therapy will focus on setting goals, making visible life changes, and experiencing the difference in how you think and feel about yourself.
