Description
There is not one theory that works for everyone; therefore, I believe it is my job to incorporate practices and techniques that will effectively help each client. However, my lens of understanding stems from a more systemic/holistic manner, where I believe that multiple factors influence and affect an individual and the way that he or she interacts with the world. I have great interest in narrative therapy and cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), and I want to approach people in a strengths-based manner where I can empower them with tools and coping skills to work through their issues.
