Description
Caryn’s counselling approach is integrative, not adhering strictly to one way of counselling. She works together with clients to identify where they are, where they want to go, and how to get there. Her approaches include narrative therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and person-centered approaches. She integrates elements of expressive arts therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and discussing in-the-moment experiences. She is also trained in cognitive processing therapy for post-traumatic stress disorder.
