Chanae is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists, and is a member of the Psychologists Association of Alberta. With training in areas such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Theraplay Level 1, attachment theory, the neuroscientific perspective, trauma, and intercultural issues, Chanae is equipped to help you navigate through some of life’s most challenging issues.

We believe a holistic approach to wellness considers the physical, emotional, mental, relational, cultural, and spiritual components of our lives, and we are committed to walking with you on the path to lasting change. 

We are a counselling practice founded by minority practitioners with multicultural backgrounds, and value services that are culturally conscious, inclusive, and informed.
