Description
My therapy style is rooted in cognitive-behavioral and behavioral frameworks. I incorporate strategies from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to facilitate meaningful and lasting change for my clients. I work from a non-judgemental, collaborative, and person-centered stance. If you're interested in seeing how my skills might fit your therapy needs, I would be happy to set up a time to chat. Please don't hesitate to reach out to schedule a free phone call.
