I am outcome-focused and results-oriented. I specialize in the treatment of emotional disorders, behavioural problems, and thought disturbances. I incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques into my practice, centring on Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and supplemented by behavior therapy, and other therapies where indicated.
