Tiffany offers individual psychotherapy to adolescents and young adults experiencing a wide range of emotional and behavioural difficulties, such as depression, anxiety, substance use problems, emotion regulation problems, and relationship/academic stressors. Tiffany also enjoys working with families to target young childhood difficulties, while reducing parenting stress, providing parent coaching, and improving the parent-child relationship.
