Jamie Libenstein is a clinical psychologist. She offers individual therapy for children, adolescents, young adults, adults. She also offers family therapy. Jamie adopts an integrative approach that is tailored to each of her client’s needs based upon approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Positive Psychology, Solution Focused Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Play Therapy. Jamie is also trained in conducting psycho-educational evaluations.
